When should I book + what to expect:
The best time for you to book your newborn session is as early as possible. I only accept a certain amount of newborns per month/week. By booking around this time, will give you a great chance at securing a spot and getting a newborn consult done in time. Your session date will change depending on baby's arrival. So do not stress if we have to switch dates plus I like to give moms a little bit to adjust and recover. I always ask my newborn clients to keep me updated and let me know when baby arrives so I can get you all in at a time that is convenient for you. I usually only schedule newborn sessions Monday-Friday at 9:00 or 10:00 in the morning.
During your newborn session, I will always have an assistant with me. Your baby's safety is my TOP priority. My assistant will be there to help me pose baby if needed and always be just out of the frame spotting baby during every shot. I have also invested in newborn photography education where I have learned to properly pose babies and practice safe newborn photography. Along with this, I am a fully insured photographer.
I have a variety of wraps, props, background, outfits, etc. So it is not necessary to bring your own unless it is something sentimental to you. I do ask for you to let me know if you are bringing something so I can figure out the best way to incorporate it into your session. Also during your session, you get to relax while I do all the work. The only time I will give baby to you is to feed or if you prefer to change their diaper. In the studio, I have a tv for you to stream whatever you like, a mini fridge that I usually keep stocked, and a restroom. If you prefer to watch us work our magic or take photos that is totally okay too! We just ask to be 6 feet away so we can work efficiently.

Maternity
When should I book + what to expect:
The best time to book your maternity session is as early as you want to secure your preferred date. I usually recommend to have them actually done around 6-7 months pregnant. Depending on which package you book, I might need my assistant there to do silk or dress tosses. So if you prefer a silk during your session, please let me know ahead of time so I can make arrangements.
During your session, I will help you with everything. Making sure you look your absolute best. I always pose you from head to toe and always do some skin retouching. I do have a client closet specifically for maternity. These gowns are only available for my clients. The maternity client closet comes with any maternity package I offer. Significant others and kiddos are allowed to be in your maternity session at no extra cost! I actually encourage it!

Mother's room
Nursing + pumping room
As a part of my full service maternity + newborn studio, I have accommodated a room designated to nursing or pumping mothers. This room has nipple pads and milk storage bags to use if needed. Please feel free to use this room at any point if you wish.
